Customer Survey
Send us your feedback and win a £200 Fortnum & Mason hamper!
Every year we send out our customer satisfaction survey so that we hear direct from you how we're doing. The survey is a really important part of the year for us and we really value all of the feedback we receive - good or bad. It helps us to improve the services we offer and learn about your priorities. In the past it's led to some important changes to Trainers' Library® like the introduction of Word handouts and the 'download all' button. Last year's survey has led to other changes that will be introduced this year - you'll hear more about those in the coming months.

The survey takes between 5 and 15 minutes to complete. As a sign of our appreciation, if you do take the time to complete the survey we'll automatically enter you into a draw to win a luxury hamper from Fortnum and Mason worth £200.00. If more than 20% of our existing members respond we'll give two hampers away!

To complete the survey now (whilst you're thinking of it) follow this link:  Trainers' Library® Survey

Glasstap goes Carbon+

Since we launched Glasstap™ in 2000 we’ve been taking action to reduce our impact on the natural environment and reduce our carbon footprint.

Internally, for example, we’ve always used recycled paper and in 2004 we extended this to all of our external mail too. Then in 2006 we took the decision to switch our electricity supply to Good Energy, which means that all of our heating, light and power comes from renewable sources like the wind, the sun and waves. In 2007 we removed unnecessary strip lights from the office.

In 2008 we’ve made sure that all packaging that goes out with our Trainers’ Market™ order is recycled and we’ve made alterations to our premises to reduce heat loss and draughts.

Now, in order to become fully carbon neutral, Glasstap™ is supporting the Woodland Trust, the UK's leading woodland conservation charity, by funding 100 trees to help offset the remaining carbon dioxide emissions from all of our business activities this year. This doesn’t mean we’ll stop trying to reduce our carbon footprint – it just means we’re trying to neutralize the carbon footprint that remains.

In recognition of our work, the Woodland Trust has awarded Glasstap™ with their “Carbonplus +” certificate, which you’ll see proudly displayed on our website.
