What is Trainers’ Library?
Trainers’ Library® is a fantastic resource for trainers, giving members unlimited access to a growing number of training modules, toolkits, exercises, icebreakers, articles and more.

What will membership give me?
Membership gives trainers a licence to use all of our trainer-led materials and resources, making it easy to build involving training programmes, workshops and courses. Individual modules, which include detailed trainer’s notes and participant handouts are simply mixed and matched to create the perfect training event for your participants. There are also great teambuilding games, including the renowned 'Murder at Glasstap Grange' and 'Jack Fruggle’s Treasure'. Add to this articles, helpful toolkits, free access to Trainers' Talk, and a 10% discount on any purchases from Trainers' Market, and you've got an unbeatable package for professional trainers.

How does it work?
It's simple: Join up online or by telephone, and once a member, you, and any other licensed trainers in your organisation, can simply download the documents you need, when you need them. No waiting around for the post and no additional costs - just a one-off registration fee and an annual subscription. The registration fee is only payable in year one - you'll never pay it again if you stay with us.

Will the price of membership go up?
Whilst the price for new members goes up periodically as the library grows, existing members benefit from our no price increase guarantee. As long as your membership continues uninterrupted your subscription won’t increase - and that's a promise.

Do all of our trainers need to be members in order to use material from the library?
Yes - you need to license all soft people/soft skills trainers who will be working for/with you. Please contact us if you require a team licence on 0845 222 1122.

Can I share my membership details with others?
In a word – no. The success of the library depends on members not abusing their membership by sharing their log-in details with others. For this reason we’ve built checks into our systems to help us spot any such abuse of members' rights. We reserve the right to terminate membership immediately, without notice, if we suspect log-in details have been shared, and to take legal action in cases of copyright theft.

On a positive note, we do offer Corporate membership, which provides major discounts to organisations with more than one trainer.

We want to develop a training solution, using material from the library. However, instead of delivering the material ourselves, the training solution will be delivered by our customers’ own trainers. Is this ok?
Your customers will need to join Trainers' Library® in order to obtain a license to use our material if delivering it themselves.

How does this ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme work?
Our unique Refer a Friend scheme means you can earn cash-back and give your friends a discount on their first year’s membership. All you need to do is recommend a friend and ask them to quote your unique Refer a Friend number when they join. You’ll receive a cashback payment of £50 (or equivalent in the currency you pay your subscription in) for every member you introduce.

What happens if I decide to cancel my membership?
If you decide to cancel your membership, your rights to use material from the Trainers’ Library® will terminate. Any material from the library that you have downloaded should be destroyed to ensure you do not contravene our copyright. Of course, it also means you’ll miss out on all the new material that will be added after you’ve gone!
