Basic Project Management Training

I am designing a very short programme (3 hours) on "Managing my Work as a Project" for a group of our Graduate Interns. Does anyone have any exercises, activities that would really help to engage them?

A friend of mine who works as a PM wrote a book that tackles some of these issues and also touches on some other areas that grads may find useful in terms of buidlignconfidence to acheive goals - might be worth a look, it's How to Eat an Elephant by Jo Parker - available from Amazon.
