Hello I have been conducting contact centre induction training for the past 8 years for a regulatory body. This particular contact centre provides guidance on a huge range of areas and as their role expands so must my training. My biggest challenge is other teams changing a process that effects the CC and as they are first point of contact this is information they need to know. I was wondering if any of you have had the same challenges i.e. keeping your own knowledge up to date and trying to find out the best way to train other teams processes effectively. Currently the training is 4 weeks classroom and 1 week buddying. I would be interested to see how others train a CC like this.
