I'd like some ideas on how to modify my usual Time Management Workshop to better suit a group of production/engineering/shift managers. Unfortunately their roles tend to be very reactive, and I'm worried that the bits I normally cover on planning and prioritising will be shot down in flames as they will claim they don't have time to plan! Any ideas on how to make it relevant to them?
