Customer Service WOW

Hi,
Does anyone have any exercises, only 2 - 5 minutes long, that can add a real wow factor in customer service training? With any size group?

In a previous role we had an exercise in our Going for Gold programme where we asked the group to describe what they looked for in a hotel experience. We used coloured circles on a flipchart.This started with basic needs, what we would like to have, what would be luxury and finally what would be the 'wow' factor. This generated lots of discussion and fun . We then related it to our customer service offering which was aimed at facilitaing a discussion around what was the wow factor for our customers. This could be modified anyway you like.
