Hi all. Apart from delivering face-to-face training i need some e-learning options. Any ideas of companies who can provide this?
Regards
Christine

Hi Christine, There is a mountain of choice and some very good and unfortunately very bad elearning. You didnt expand so apologies if I am going back to basics but essentially in choosing elearning options you need to consider a number of factors:

Subject matter - Like any training there are specialists and generalists
Off the shelf vs Bespoke - Off the shelf is generally less costly and quick to set up but might not have the key messages you require.
Hosted on on your own LMS - Not all products are compatable on every LMS and if you want to host someone elses e-learning then you may need to run an interoperability test.

The companies I like for off the shelf are Skillsoft and Video arts
For bespoke elearning I'd recommend Brightwave

If your training is technical i.e.systems based I would recommend Verisim who produce bespoke simulations if you are training on a system

Hope that is helpful, and best of luck
