This exercise will take about 15 minutes to complete. In total, allowing for discussion, we recommend allowing 30 minutes for completion.

• To explore their own team’s strengths and weaknesses.
• To identify behaviours that the team need to change.

This module can be used with groups of up to 20 participants.

This exercise is designed to be run at the end of a team training session or meeting. It is an opportunity for the team to reflect upon what they have learnt about how they operate as a team and what adjustments are needed to maximise team performance.
