A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), I am a qualified trainer and have nearly twenty years’ experience in designing and delivering practical training solutions in the finance sector. I’ve worked at senior management level for a number of years and have helped people on their learning journeys in the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, and Gibraltar.
I am passionate about delivering training that doesn’t just tick the box; my aim is to bring life into the training room, bring the training into the workplace, and make sure businesses see the results of their investment through their people.
