I started her training career with a National Recruitment Agency developing their recruitment consultants in 1998.
2001 I started MindLeap.
Expertise
I have been fortunate enough to work in a number of industries both in the Private and Public Sector in South Africa. I have also had the pleasure of being a guest speaker at many conferences.
I train and develop programmes for the Call Centre environment, Management, Customer Service, People Management, Communication and Personal Development.
Philosophy
Training needs to be fun but at the sometime achieve the desired outcomes.
ROI is essential - for the learner it is successful transfer of knowledge to the work place,. For the company it is a change in behaviour and improvement of a department or position.
