Background
I am currently working for a Pathology Company that is owned by the NHS based in London Bridge. I work with the Corporate Team as well as 1300 scientists who never fail to inspire me with their hunger and desire to diagnose people and get them on the road to recovery as well as researching for new innovative ways to test people. Our scientists were instrumental in the Covid-19 testing and research for vaccinations.
My role is to develop their Leadership and Management skills and how to get the best from their laboratory teams.
