I have worked in HR for over 25 years and I have mainly specialised in Learning & Development and Organisational Development. Over the last 25 years my interest in people has taken me across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Russia, and Canada. Working with clients across diverse sectors. During this time, I have coached, trained, and supported some terrific individuals and teams, from CEOs in large organisations to entrepreneurs and graduates. All with unique challenges and perspectives. I help individuals and teams thrive in environments where the balance between stretch and stress needs to be held.
Before starting my own business in early 2020 I have held many senior positions with blue chip organisations. I've worked in Finance, Media, Customer Service, Energy to name but a few.
I like to think of myself as practical and down-to-earth person and that the training support that I offer not only benefits people but the organisations bottom line.
