Hi, we are looking to create an arrangement with some of our suppliers where we both take a secondment at our organisation to learn about the world of freight form their point of view. Being in the global supply chain and a very commercial business sector, we will clearly have to have non-disclosures in place.
My question is, has anyone done anything like this before? And if you have what could I learn from your experience?
