I am looking to create a 'crib sheet' for internal HR Business partners. This would be to distribute to HR colleagues to help them advise managers post training. It should include what was covered in the training and hints and tips on helping them support managers in implementing the training, primarily in the area of performance management best practice. Has anyone done anything similar - if so, how? How successful was it? Do you have a template for the crib sheet/any tips for me? Thank you.
