Welcome Day Activity

With new starters we want them to know how to live and breathe our organisations core values.

So we want to create an activity that is high impact and out of the ordinary, does anyone have any ideas?

have you looked at RSVP Design co .uk they have a values game (cards) that might help. The manual has a variety of ways to use it.
May be of help.

Hi Simeon and Jason,

Have you considered the Card Factory? You can tailor it to the core values of your organisation and could change the theme of the cards too - perhaps new car day? It's a really powerful way to show what happens when people are engaged with an organisation's core values, and it's lots of fun too.
