Recommendations for a Coach to support a new manager in Chesterfield area

Hi all, I am searching for a coach for a new manager who is performing well technically but requires some focused support around a couple of behavioural/communication/relationship management issues. Whilst a new manager, they have worked with us for a number of years in a different capacity and the role they carry out is a significant one. The location is Chesterfield so ideally I would like recommendations or approaches for coaches within an hour's drive or so, although the individual could potentially meet slightly further south or north. We'd be looking for 3-4 sessions face to face preferably.

Hi Hannah,
Have you had a look at Find a Trainer too? Could be worth a look as I know some trainers listed offer coaching too, https://www.trainerslibrary.com/findatrainer/find_a_licensed_trainer.aspx.
I'd also suggest having a look at Managers' Library as an extra tool for your managers, https://www.managerslibrary.com. Let me know if you need any more info.

Hi Hannah,

I would love to do some coaching work with your new manager. I specialise in the areas you have outlined, particularly around relationships, communication and difficult conversations. I combine all my coaching practice with a variety of other tools and techniques, including NLP and IEMT. I am based on the Wirral so am not within an hours drive but I would still love to chat with you further about doing some work with you.
