Hi everyone, I've been asked to come up with something inspiring and fun for a group of Managers and their Recruitment Consultant teams for the new year. There isn't too much of a brief for a few reasons! Anyway, I've done things like A Year In Review and Goal Setting exercises and all that sort of thing, and was looking for a new take on getting the New Year off to a great start. A concept or broad idea would be great, but something I can position a little bit differently but that still has a fresh start/new year feel would really help me out! Any ideas gratefully received!

Hi Rebecca
Have you used Happy (Half) Hour (
https://www.trainerslibrary.com/materials/training_doc_details.aspx?doc=289
) with them?
Also you could use an exercise such as One Hump or Two (
https://www.trainerslibrary.com/materials/training_doc_details.aspx?doc=247
) as a fun way to energise them and get them thinking about the improvements they want to deliver in 2020.
Happy to discuss this further with you if you need any additional ideas.
All the best
Frances
