Business ethics and compliance

Hi everyone,
I've been asked about providing business ethics and compliance training. I couldn't find materials in Trainers' Library that I thought fit the bill.
I don't have the specifics yet, but wondering if anyone has any direction, outlines or content they'd be willing to share (I'm based in Canada).
I've done work on issues management and corporate reputation, but not on the more technical aspects of corporate ethics like bribery, conflicts of interests, etc.
