Hi Charlene. I’m brand new to TL so not yet familiar with the workshops you mentioned so apologies if this is too samey! A couple of activities I ran in a D & G workshop which worked quite well and generated a surprising amount of discussion: I broke the process (flow chart) down into the component parts (ours is 9 steps) and got them to put them into the right order. (Very few actually got that bit right!) they then in their small groups had to work through why that would be an issue to do it out of order or skip a step - how it could effect the outcome, prejudice the investigating officer etc
Scenarios which have very similar / slight variations to them and they discuss which would be the right one - I then linked this to whether that was what they thought the Process would say was right versus what They thought the right outcime would be. Linked what would change with their best, most reliable person vs their ‘problem’ person. This then linked to decision making using either our Head, Heart or Guts and acknowledgement of how hard it is to be impartial sometimes depending on which part of our body is responding to the situation. Hope that makes sense! Vicky ??
