Hi Marilyn, I would recommend conducting an individual assessment and follow up workshop with the Directors, such as EBW (Emotions and Behaviours at Work) or Motivational Maps. Both excellent tools that not only give them an insight into each other's work preferences, but are also a great catalyst for communication around how they need to work together as a team. |
