Online workshop tools

Hi - in this new era of online training and online workshops what tools do people use to distribute materials securely after sessions? e.g slides, outputs etc.

Any help would be appreciated as I've started to dip my toe in the water of online workshops....I ran my first one yesterday and it's clear I've a lot to learn!!!

Hi Steve I convert any PowerPoint or other documents into PDF files (Save As, then select PDF option). This means the attendees only get the slides and not any notes you have within the presentation. Hope this helps. Mike
