Hi everyone - I’m hoping to use the collective power of Trainer’s Library Trainers once again! I have created a 12 week online training programme for new and experienced Recruitment Consultants. I thought it would be a nice idea to end the programme with some sort of Graduation module - I’d like it to be fun, uplifting and motivational and to leave them feeling, well, special! I’d be so grateful for any ideas any one could contribute. Most of the participants will be from different locations and I will be delivering the programme over either GOTOMEETING, GO TO TRAINING or Microsoft teams. I have a slot of about 45 mins to an hour for this and there will be around 10 participants in total. Any ideas, anyone?

How about something where they all get to say something positive that they have learned about another participant, mini award for each person, send them a gift to go along side, just something small that can post, they get show what they received and why?
