It's interesting Gary, that this question hasn't received any responses and I wonder how much people are thinking about the purpose of diversity training and where it leads individuals and organisations. I fear that in many organisations, equal opportunities and diversity training is non-existent or very much a 'tick-box' exercise (often delivered through e-learning) and rarely is much consideration given to its purpose.
But, hopefully, I'll now be told I'm wrong. :-) |
