Lunch and Learn Leadership topics

Hello to All,

I am after your input for some good Leadership specific Lunch and learn sessions of maximum 90 mins to be conducted via Teams?

They are all Directors and Heads of departments that are now open to development however only 1 topic a month. We are looking at health and welfare topics already however I am keen to build a 2022 diary of events so welcome your in-put. Management skills will also be on the agenda so specific modules from here you would recommend would be great.

Hi, The Witches of Glum went down really well with my senior leaders as a fun way to show how learnt bias can get in the way of listening well and gleaning facts, especially when under pressure. It may be because I properly hammed it up when I read the story!

Hi Rachel, I'm currently working with Leaders on the topic of purpose and this is creating lots of discussion. We're exploring the importance of purpose, identifying personal purpose and then aligning personal purpose with organisational and team purpose. other topics for consideration might be coaching skills, facilitating change, working collaboratively and creating a culture. These are just some key themes for my clients at the moment. Hope that's helpful?

I would consider the following: - Diversity, Equality & Inclusion - Empathy - Mindsets & Resilience - Possible 360 feedback or some psychometric profiling to give them feedback and areas for development.

Hi Rachel How about emotional intelligence and unconscious bias. I find this is a great subject for existing leaders, especially if their management styles are a little 'old school'. Hope that helps.

Given that you're obviously working from different locations/remotely, I would suggest: Building Trust in the virtual environment, Developing a team culture in the virtual environment, Motivation in the virtual environment. There are lots more topics but these are my starter for 10.
