What does the no price increase guarantee mean?
We guarantee never to increase the annual Glasstap membership subscription
(excluding taxes) you pay, as long as your membership continues, at the same level or higher,
without interruption.
What is the 7-day money back guarantee?
When you join Glasstap, you will benefit from a 7-day money back
guarantee. This will come into force on the day that your membership is activated, the start date. During
this 7-day period you can cancel your membership at any time and receive a full refund.
I’ve heard you have a ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme. How does it work?
Our unique Refer a Friend scheme means you can earn Glasstap vouchers to
the value of £100.00 when you introduce a friend to Glasstap who subsequently joins with a
Library+ or Gold membership. Vouchers can be used against
a future membership subscription, purchases from Trainers' Market or even tickets to
Trainers' Conference.
[The not so small print: Only one 1 referrer can be rewarded for each new member.
New members who are introduced must be new to Glasstap, and not previous
customers.]
Who needs to have a licence?
Any individual who will use our materials including trainer’s
notes, handouts and images must have a valid Glasstap membership (Library+ or Gold). We have a range of fantastic corporate rates for those who need to licence
more than one trainer.
Who can use images downloaded from Trainers' Images?
Anyone with a Gold membership is allowed to use images from Trainers' Images in, for example,
handouts and PowerPoint used during training at which they are present. They can also use our
images in advertising or promotional material for their training programmes. Images may also be
passed to someone else who is responsible
for creating the images you use in your training (for example, a graphic designer as long as they don't distribute them to anyone else).
Can I share my membership details with others?
No. The continued investment in these online services including new materials depends on members
not abusing their membership by sharing their personal log-in details with others. For this reason
we’ve built checks into our systems to help us spot any such abuse. We reserve the right to
terminate membership immediately, without notice, if we suspect log-in details have been shared.
We want to develop a training solution, using material from Trainers' Library. However,
instead of delivering the material ourselves, the training solution will be delivered
by our customers’ own trainers. Is this ok?
Your customers will need to join Glasstap in order to obtain
a license to use our material if delivering it themselves.
What is the minimum membership term?
The minimum membership term is 12 months from the date you join.
How can I cancel my membership?
We will contact you when your annual subscription is due and it is up to you to decide
whether you wish to continue for another year. (The vast majority of customers do!)
What if I have problems logging in or using the service?
If you experience any problems or need any help at all, you can call your Customer
Relationship Manager direct during normal office hours (9.00am to 5.00pm (UK time)
Monday to Friday and excluding bank holidays). Outside of these hours, please email
contact@glasstap.com
and we’ll do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
