Why We Need To Collect Information From You?
When you register to purchase products or services from Glasstap Limited, we need to know your name, email address,
telephone details and usually, your credit or debit card number and expiry date. We also need to
know the answers to general security questions that will help us to identify you
when you log in. These security questions are there to protect you, and ensure that
only you can access your records. You are invited to provide other information including
your address, and employer details, but this is not always essential.
This information allows us to process your orders and/or subscriptions to Glasstap's
services and, for example, send
you a reminder when your Trainers' Library membership
is due for renewal. We may also use the information
we collect about you to notify you (normally via our monthly newsletter), about important new features
and changes to the service or special offers we think you'll find of interest.
Who Else Will We Tell About You?
Glasstap will not pass on your personal details to any third party, including
site sponsors or advertisers, without your permission. We may provide aggregate
statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information
to our third party partners, but these statistics will not contain any information
about you from which you could be identified.
