Hi All,
I'm looking for a relatively short exercise to use as part of leadership programme re the importance of holding people to account and the potential consequences of not doing so. Any help, ideas, signposting is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Chris

Hi Chris,
There's a module in Trainers' Library called 'Beliefs Actions Results', it may be worth a look.
