I'm searching for a fun "team building" icebreaker that can be run for 120 staff within a lecture theatre....so moving about would be difficult. Does anyone have anything that could help? Many thanks.

You could try Drum Cafe, a really good icebreaker with a focus on communication and the importance of all playing together - take a look at their website.
