I'm looking at a couple of options at present. We currently have no trainer in German and subsequently lack of training & development in this NEW country for us is having a knock on effect to our sales and growth of new stores.. Option 1 - delivery of 1 day workshops to our District Sales Managers and Store Managers in customer service, team development, coaching as a starting point. Option 2 - Interim role as Country Trainer covering Germany whilst we find a replacement. This could be 3 -6 months or more. The role then would be travelling to our stores, coaching both Store managers and District Mangers to embed best practises, increase their business etc and delivering workshops.
If you can support either option, then i require costings please as a starting point. This is slightly fluid at present, however i will attempt to give you as much detail as I possibly can at this stage. Please feel free to call/ email me. Kindest Regards Gill : ]
