Online Management/Administration Materials

Does anybody have any idea where I can find materials to purchase that I can include in a distance learning course for Managers of Administrative Functions. The materials would have to be made available for approximately 20 people per year. Topics include: Customer Care, Leading Teams, Managing Systems, Management of Resources, Managing Change.

Have you tried Open University? I know they have a lot of free online resources covering this material.
