Hi

Has anyone got access / possess a basic introduction to Business Planning that could be used in a 60-90 minute session with 4 people.

They are fairly experienced and work in the Pharma Industry. Theoretically they are used to doing business plans but the quality is somewhat variable - especially in terms of the 'fact finding' / market analysis / SWOT type parts!

Suggestions for running an interactive session would be useful!
