Hi,
I have been asked to purchase some reading material to help support managers who will need to have very difficult and sensitive conversations with staff about redundancies. I know there are lots of books out there, but I would like to hear more about ones where people have practical experience of applying the learning and how it's helped them.
Any suggestions would be greatly received.
