Background

He taught in public high schools, was principal of an elementary school, coordinator of social studies for a school district, and trainer for the Center for Teaching International Relations, Graduate School of International Studies, University of Denver, Denver, Colorado.

Expertise
Since I live in the states, all training in the UK needs to be virtual.
• RESILIENCE (Humans may be negative by nature, but they have the wonderful ability to transcend themselves into positive people.) This training focuses on our humanness and guides participants through exercises that illustrate how we can turn negatives into positives.
- half day (4 hours flexible)
• PERSPECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS (“I may not be much, but I’m all I think about!”) Learning how to pay attention to the concerns of others is, frankly, hard work for most of us. How to talk so other people will listen, and how to listen so other people will talk, is at the top of the agenda for this training.
- half day (4 hours flexible)
• CONFLICT/CONFLICT RESOLUTION Most people try to resolve conflict by avoiding it. However, conflict does not have to undesirable. In fact, with the right conflict resolution skills, conflict can be a useful means to get to more constructive results than attempting to avoid it.
- half-day (4 hours flexible)
• DEI – DIVERSITY, EQUALITY, AND INCLUSION (This is not compliance training!) The focus is on unconscious bias and the difference between equality and equity. Beginning with the principles of perception and misperception, this training opens a whole new vista on the deliverance of DEI.
- whole-day (8 hours flexible)
