Background
As a senior learning and development professional, with over 20 years’ experience of diagnosis, designing, delivering and evaluating programs., I have worked in a variety of industries so am accustomed to delivering programs to increase motivation, and develop skills in challenging situations. I draw on my experience, arrived from working across many different business areas, thriving on the pace of change, whilst maintaining a focus on the provision of excellent customer service, and a great learning experience for delegates, which delivers lasting change to them.
