Background
Empress is a training organisation which specialise in bespoke training programmes which are designed to support cognitive changes in order to enable changes in behaviour.
My absolute interest in the human condition and how it learns, has come from a background of 15 years working in psychiatry, followed by 10 years as a National Training Manager for a medium size Pharmaceutical company.
