We have lot of materials on teamwork but sometimes the best way to help people understand the dynamics of their team and its unique strengths and weaknesses, is to set them a challenge. Ā 

Our team building games are a great and fun way to let teams see how effectively they work together. Truly experiential, these unique challenges encourage natural behaviours that the team can then review with the help of your facilitation. Participants should easily be able to recognise the behaviours they and others exhibited that contributed to success - and those that were less helpful. And, most importantly, they'll be able to use that experience to identify where they can develop.
