It's tough for many people at the moment and employees have difficult choices to make when money if not so readily available.  Do I go into work today or do I call in sick but then can feed myself?  Tough choices.  

We believe that employers can offer a lifeline to employees by removing the stigma around personal finances and offering alternative solutions that mean that employees don't have to make difficult decisions like the one outlined above.
