For over 20 years I have been designing and delivering training courses for both SME and large corporations, focussing on making them engaging, interactive and effective at all levels of the business. Before setting up my own Company I worked with a large fashion retailer, a small charity, professional service providers and an international distribution retailer.
Previous courses include senior leadership training for a Company Values re-launch, a management skills programme for mid-level management and essential skills training including Emotional Intelligence, Change Management and Presentation Skills.
Expertise
Using my long HR experience, my expertise is in providing training for managers to get the people stuff right - whether that's recruitment and selection, running disciplinary or grievance procedures or managing sickness absence.
I also specialise in people management skills including performance appraisals, employee engagement, managing performance and communication skills.
