I was due to attend SOFest 2026 next week in Essex, from Tuesday 16th to Thursday 18th June, but sadly, due to my brother’s ill health – he has stage 4 cancer – I need to be available to support him at the moment.
I would have loved to be there and I am genuinely disappointed to miss it. It looks like a brilliant few days of learning, connection and reflection.
Rather than let the place go unused, I would love to offer it to someone in your wonderful community. The ticket includes:
• accommodation in a shared bell tent with one other person

• access to all workshops and sessions
SoFest is a three-day, two-night festival for facilitators, trainers and coaches – although really, it is for anyone who creates space for others to grow.

It is designed as a chance to step out of the usual “deliver, deliver, deliver” rhythm and reconnect with your craft, your people and yourself. There will be practical learning, generous conversations, peer-led sessions, fresh air, campfires, shared meals, walks, swims and proper time to think. It feels like the kind of experience where you might go for the workshops, but come away with new ideas, new connections and renewed energy for the work we do.
