Number Fun is such a versatile activity and is great to use as a build up to another longer activity such as Jack Fruggles Treasure. However, I find it most useful as an icebreaker when running an event where teams are competing against each other. It can be used to explore topics such as team work and decision making, but is best used as an energiser or as an introduction/ice breaker to a budgeting module. I have genuinely discovered a few mathematical geniuses using this activity!

I used this icebreaker at the start of Finance Training for the Administration Department, this worked well and created some friendly competition between the group; it also acted as a relevant and fun task before the serious work started. The suggested questions worked very well and we also made up some which were tailored to the company.
