Action Planning - Implementing the Learning

Time:
This exercise will take about 10 minutes to complete. In total, allowing for discussion, we recommend allowing 15 minutes for completion.

Aims:
• To allow participants to reflect upon what they have learnt and create a plan for implementing the learning with clear goals and timescales.
• To identify the additional support they will need in order to achieve their goals.

Group Size:
Suitable for use with groups of any size.

Useful For:
Anyone attending a course or workshop.

You'll Need:
• Plenty of spare copies of the Action Plan handout provided.

Notes:
We recommend that you repeat this exercise in short bursts at regular intervals throughout the training, rather than leave it to the very end of the event when participants will be tired and more inclined to be thinking about their journey home.
