Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please note that there will be a cancellation fee of £95.00 in the event of a no show, or cancellation within one month of the event if we are unable to refill your place. This is to help ensure tickets are allocated fairly and used.

Places on events we run for members are provided on a first come first served basis.

When you make a booking you will be required to register your details, such details will be held in accordance with our privacy policy at www.trainerslibrary.com/privacy.aspx

We will email you to confirm your place if you are successful in securing one. Your booking constitutes a legally binding contract once we have confirmed in writing (usually by email) your place on an event.

Payment
Unless your membership entitles you to a free place, payment for your place must be received within 30 days of your booking or 24 hours before the start of the event, whichever is sooner.

Cancellations
Please note that if you book a free place, there will be a cancellation fee of £95.00 in the event of a no show, or cancellation less than two weeks before the event if we are unable to refill your place. You will be unable to book on any further events until this fee is paid.

Should circumstances lead us to cancel an event, our liability shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid for that particular event. Glasstap Limited will not be held liable for any consequential loss.

Content of Event
The timetable and agenda for each event are provided as an outline only and we reserve the right to change event details without notice.

Whilst we have made arrangements for the specified speakers, trainers and/or facilitators to attend the event, we reserve the right to substitute these if, due to circumstances beyond our control, listed speakers, trainers and/or facilitators are unable to attend.

Views expressed by speakers, trainers and/or facilitators are their own. We will not be held liable for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker, trainer and/or facilitator at an event or in any documentation provided to participants.

Photography
Please note that we make take a screenshot during an event, but we will advise you if we are going to do that so that you can, if you wish, turn off your camera. If we include you in a screenshot, you give consent to the image being used on our website or elsewhere for advertising, marketing, promotional or other commercial purposes.
