I am known for my passion for challenging thinking to sustain learning and behavioural change within the workplace. I facilitate others to make a difference to their business through their performance, by being the best version of themselves that they can be.

My experience has been gained through various roles at British Airways in the People Department including Training Manager; Design and Development Project Manager; Executive Coach; Graduate Programme Manager

My seven years’ experience in the Procurement Department at BA also helped me to understand the commercial reality of business and to apply this in my work with my clients.

Expertise
I have worked in the freelance arena for the last 15 years, designing and delivering bespoke learning interventions for my clients. These include Chelsea FC, Purespring, Shooting Star Children’s Hospices, Woodford Green Preparatory School, Y.M.C.A, Vodafone, CSL/Seqirus, British Airways, International Hotel Group and John Lewis.

I am also an Associate Consultant/Facilitator with a few learning providers, supporting the design and delivery of a variety of their bespoke learning and development interventions, covering a variety of topics for various levels and functions across their respective organisations. These have included Kion Group, Sodexo, CHEP, Ground Control, Royal Mail, King, Marine Stewardship Council, Eisai, DHL Group, Heathrow Airport Limited and Virgin Management.

I have converted several face-to-face learning interventions to virtual learning sessions since 2020 as well as develop new virtual content around the topics of Psychological Safety, Managing Hybrid Teams, Virtual Facilitation, Resilience, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, with a focus on keeping a human and engaging learning experience for each participant.

I am a Licensed Practitioner and part of the Insights Learning and Development core facilitator pool working with their direct clients and part of the Insights Faculty team delivering Insights Discovery® Accreditations.

I qualified as an ILM Level 7 Executive Mentor & Coach in 2018 and certified in Lego® Serious Play® in 2024.

Participants who attend my workshops enjoy their thinking being challenged through experiential learning, engaging discussion, and finding their own answers to improve their performance in a lasting way.
