Background
Eleanor Haswell established the Company, in Lincolnshire, in June 2011 following a 20 year successful career as a Senior Human Resources Practitioner. Her early career and experiences were primarily within large private sector companies including Heinz and United Biscuits. Within this time she has also held senior commercial positions, primarily in Marketing, and therefore has a breadth of cross functional experience.

More recently, in the last 10 years, Eleanor has been extensively involved in both, delivering all aspects of Human Resource Consultancy to clients across public and private sectors; as well as designing and delivering bespoke management development and training solutions to clients across public and private sectors. Eleanor is CIPD qualified.
