Hi Jaz I don't have a trainer that I could recommend though a few thoughts came to mind in your post. 1) Why do people not use the systems efficiently? - your note suggests there's a training issue, but it may be an engagement issue. Training is not going to address that. Use the 5 Why's technique to get to the root cause of the issue. And is it the same issue with every system. 2) Systems training is not the most exciting so does it need to be face to face or is there an alternative solutions - user champions, buddies, video tutorials, links to resource guides, FAQs etc. Only the most prolific users should need intense training on the how to use and again that's often most usefully done with a buddy working on real examples. Hope that's some useful food to thought. |
