Hi All,

I work in L&D for a Housing Association and we have around 250 employees. We use lots of different systems (some more efficiently than others) but was wondering if you know of any trainers or consultants that could look at an overarching view of how we use our systems and be able to pull it all together in some form of training plan so that we are using all of our systems in the most efficient way. We currently use:

CRM
MCM
Keystone
IPOS
Office
SUN
Q&A
Our online services (our website)

If anyone could help, my email is [email protected]

Many thanks

Hi Jaz I don't have a trainer that I could recommend though a few thoughts came to mind in your post. 1) Why do people not use the systems efficiently? - your note suggests there's a training issue, but it may be an engagement issue. Training is not going to address that. Use the 5 Why's technique to get to the root cause of the issue. And is it the same issue with every system. 2) Systems training is not the most exciting so does it need to be face to face or is there an alternative solutions - user champions, buddies, video tutorials, links to resource guides, FAQs etc. Only the most prolific users should need intense training on the how to use and again that's often most usefully done with a buddy working on real examples. Hope that's some useful food to thought.

Hi Jaz. I have extensive IT/technical background and would be happy to support you with developing a plan. I have not only formulated training courses for MS Office products but also Keystone and various other CRM related both in the housing and manufacturing industry. Let me know if you interested in speaking with me. Refiya.
