Short activites on self-awareness or habit changing for virtual delivery

Hi everyone, I'm looking for very quick activities on either raising self-awareness or changing habits. The context is resilience building. It's a small group of 6 people but I can put them in breakout rooms. Ideally around 20-40 mins per activity. Many thanks in advance for your ideas!
