Hi, I am looking for a speaker to do some some lunch and learns on the reducing alcohol consumption, mindfulness and happiness and wondered if anyone in this group can recommend someone on these topics? Thank you in advance

Hi. I would also like to learn more about the 'Laughter Blaster' sessions that Caroline spoke of. We are currently experiencing lockdown-fatigue within some teams and I am looking for potential solutions to the inevitable side effect of remote working...? I am also planning ahead for this for the longer term as some of our employees will continue to work from home and we need to ensure connection and motivation are addressed. Great ideas for lunch and learns! I've dropped you a note on the laughter blaster sessions, but just seen this and I might also be able to help you with the happiness session too as I'm about to launch a new programme on this in the New Year. For mindfulness, I can highly recommend a lady called Emma Tomes.. she runs a lot of programmes of this type and is a qualified mindfulness trainer. Happy to connect you if you're interested.
