• To illustrate how motivation and self-belief can lead us to stretch our performance.

1:55 PM Employee Engagement 3 - What Engaging Managers Do

This module is expected to last for 80 minutes

Aims:
• To explore the role that managers’ behaviours play in employee engagement.
• To identify the behaviours that lead to more engaged teams.
• To consider the impact this has on success.

3:30 PM Employee Engagement 4 - Building Engagement

This module is expected to last for 60 minutes

Aims:
• To help participants understand what it feels like to be engaged in their job and the difference it makes to how they feel and the quality of their work.




4:30 PM The Winning Post - Celebrating Goals and Objectives

This module is expected to last for 25 minutes

Aims:
• To provide participants with an opportunity to reflect upon the impact of the training so far and remind themselves of their key learning points and action points resulting from the course or workshop.
