Time:
This exercise will take about 15 minutes to complete. In total, allowing for discussion, we recommend allowing 30 minutes for completion.
Aims:
• To reflect on the learning journey participants have experienced so far.
• To revisit key learning points and moments that inspired a change in thinking.
• To consider how participants will apply the learning back in the workplace and the support they’ll need.
Group Size:
This module can be used with groups of up to 25 participants.
Useful For:
Staff at all levels.
You'll Need:
• Printed versions of the templates provided (ideally printed A3) or if participants are going to create their maps from scratch, plenty of blank paper and a supply of drawing/creative materials - for example, coloured pens, pencils, sticky labels, magazines, glue and scissors.
Notes:
If you prefer to allow participants to create their own maps (which is likely to benefit retention) allow an extra 15 minutes for the activity.
This could also be a task that participants complete in their own time outside the learning session, in which case we recommend that you arrange a review session where the results are shared and where you build on these with some action planning activities to conclude the training programme.
Remote/Virtual Delivery:
There is a Remote Delivery version of this module available in Trainers’ Library.
