An opportunity to share ideas and learn from one another's experiences!

Each Peer-Power Hour will focus on one or two different challenges or problems many of us do or have faced.

For example, for self-employed trainers, it might be “How do we set pricing?”

For internal training teams, it might be, “How do we get line managers to follow up and support the transfer of learning to the workplace?”

Participants will work in small teams to define and explore a challenge, brainstorm and share experiences and hopefully develop ideas for new strategies.

When you book to attend a Peer-Power Hour, please use the comments box to suggest challenges you’d like the session to explore. We’ll select one or two for each Peer-Power Hour from the suggestions made.

(Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Although the event is free for members, please note that due to the demand and the limited spaces available, there will be a cancellation fee of £95.00 in the event of a no show, or cancellation within one month of the event if we are unable to refill your place. This helps ensure tickets are allocated fairly and used.)
